PAM Wellbeing provide online Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT). Independent research has shown that CCBT works for many people with depression and anxiety by teaching practical, lifelong skills to help them feel better and stay better.

The programme provides confidential support and guidance provided by our Well Being Advisor, and 8 sessions of the leading online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy provided by our partners 'Beating the Blues'. This provides a way of teaching people how to cope with anxiety and depression; it has been recommended for use in the NHS by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE). The programme was jointly designed and developed by Dr Judy Proudfoot and her team at the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College, London.

The advantage of using CCBT is that it can be provided anywhere that there is access to the internet, meaning that those employees who are finding it difficult to leave their homes can receive therapy. Also, independent research has shown that CCBT works for many people with depression and anxiety by teaching practical, lifelong skills to help them feel better and stay better.

Benefits
With a one-off fee, CCBT is much cheaper than face-to-face therapy. CCBT can also be accessed at any time of day,  meaning colleagues do not need to take time off to attend appointments.
